Hello everybody! My name is Cedric but you can call me Cousin. I watched AALCC for the first time about two and a half years ago. I was totally blown away by it. The music, the story, it all seemed to related to my life. The film just happened to find me. Laying in bed late at night watching the international films channel. It came on and changed my life forever. I even wrote an essay for English class comparing it to the novel, Catcher in the Rye.
I thought I'd come here and meet other Lily fans. So nice to meet you all!

Thank you for sharing your story on how you watched AALCC for the first time; It seems everyone finds it in a different way, or perhaps as you said, it finds them.

It would be interesting to see your essay; I've read the Catcher in the Rye and they are both coming of age stories, so I can see the comparison.

Unfortunately this site isn't the most active, but I hope that the conversations between the few Enlgish-speaking Lily fans are meaningful and help connect them. I have plans for adding a few things to the site, such as music downloads, picture gallery's, etc, but here in the world without the ether, time moves too quickly and keeps us busy.

But thank you again for joining, and I hope that you enjoy your stay.

Are there any other places that you know of where I can meet other Lily fans and ether addicts? I found an msn group for Lily fans. group132708@groupsim.com. I made a few friends on there but I can't help very lonely being surrounded by people who are ignorant of the Ether.
