Hello, my name is DuckTape!
Should I write about my story and AALCC? It seems like what most people do.
When I first saw AALCC it was by total chance, I was waiting up for another show at about 1am in the morning but it had been canceled that night so while flicking channels I came across this film.
I don't really believe in destiny or fate but if I did I think it would certainly be one of those moments.
I was a teen in middle school when I first saw it and now I'm an adult in university, I can still feel though such a strong connection to the characters.
Actually I regularly listen to Lily's album and also all of her work under her other stage name, Salyu.
So that's it really, I just wanted to say hello. This forum doesn't seem to be very bustling but I hope to meet other Lilyholics on here ()

Welcome to lilyholic =] Yes, most people post their stories about how AALCC found them. Every story is intriguing to me.. Each one has it's own nuances; whether the encounter seem special to the viewer or not, if it brings them here, it surely affected them in some way.. I'm glad that you got to watch it so young; I saw it for the first time when I was in college and fell in love with it then.

I'm a regular listener of Lily's album also; I listen while I work.

I used to listen with my mp3 player at college; and I'd go outside, and look up at the stars, because that's all I wanted to do.

I appreciate you stopping by and signing up; I know it's not very active here, but there's always a post or two.. but you can help keep it active if you desire :]
